Located next to the gate on the south side of campus, the TSCM Building（2008）houses the College of Technology Management and was jointly funded by the Ministry of Education and the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company（TSMC）. Designed by Kris Yao（姚仁喜）, the red-tiled exterior of this elegant building is lit up at night, and has become a landmark on Baoshan Road（寶山路）between central Hsinchu and the science park. Also inside the TSMC Building is the Sun Yun Suan Memorial Center（孫運璿紀念中心）. Above the main entrance of the building is an artwork Matchmaking Technology （2007）, an award-winning work of installation art by Tsai Cheng Wei（蔡政維）.
