One of three buildings at NTHU designed by architect Li Tsu Yuan（李祖原）, this ferroconcrete building with a simple color scheme was completed in 1988 and has the appearance of a citadel fronted by a lush garden. It’s also said to resemble a tortoise with its four legs pointing upwards.
