Mo-Jen Wang & An-Yi Chou Literature Museum(王默人周安儀文學館)

Mo-Jen Wang & An-Yi Chou Literature Museum was donated by Honorary Tsinghua University Doctor Wang Mo-jen, along with his wife, Chou An-yi. Construction began on September 14, 2021, and the grand opening ceremony was held on June 27, 2024. Renowned architect Huang Sheng-yuan drew inspiration from the mines and tunnel in Wang's novel "The Depths Beneath" to design this literary hall, which follows the undulating terrain from the Humanities and Social Sciences Building to the lake, nestled within the mountains and forests. The Literature Hall consists of four floors: B1 features a multifunctional literary lecture hall; the first-floor exhibition room hosts the permanent exhibition showcasing calligraphy, manuscripts, rare paintings, artifacts, and letters from the couple; the second and third floors are faculty research offices and classrooms. An outdoor memorial garden surrounds the hall, featuring Wang Mo-jen's favorite holly trees, creating an artistic union of literature and nature.
