Hung-Liang Museum(宏亮美術館)

The Hung-Liang Museum is generously funded and established by Mr. Hung-Liang Hsieh, an alumnus of the Department of Physics at National Tsing Hua University. His contribution reflects a strong commitment to supporting the university’s vision for arts education.

The museum is located between a grassy area and a water conservation zone near the south entrance of NTHU. The building speaks a contemporary architectural language. The use of transparent glass curtain walls blends the interior with the outdoor landscape. Visitors are invited to explore the intersection of art and ecology.

The museum houses multiple exhibition spaces focused on the visual arts and aims to connect campus resources to create a vibrant cultural hub. Arts education is delivered through practical experiences such as curation, seminars, and behind-the-scenes stories. With a foundation in science and technology, the Hung-Liang Museum seeks to spark creativity and critical thinking through interdisciplinary talent.
