Designed by architect Han Yin De（漢寅德）, the four-story Fengyun Building（1991）and the adjacent Shuimu Student Center both originally housed restaurants and student activity centers. The fourth floor was previously used for receiving guests. Today the first floor has a book store which also sells stationery supplies and NTHU souvenirs; on the second and third floors are several restaurants; on the third floor is also found the International Student Activity Center; on the fourth floor is the The Loft Restaurant.
